Tennis Coach F M

As part of our continuous growth, we are hiring Tennis Coaches (F/M) to join our ambitious and dynamic international division in Abu Dhabi.

Responsabilities & Missions

• Train both on and off the court, always respecting the Mouratoglou methodology and philosophy.
• Train according to the standards set by Patrick Mouratoglou and constantly maintain the training methodology.
• Develop the client’s tennis skills: the candidate must demonstrate a great ability to adapt to clients and situations, and to sense, analyse and act accordingly.
• Provide individual coaching sessions, both private and group, with regular and relevant feedback.
• Establish strong and lasting relationships with each player.
• Organise and support events and facilities.
• Be an active member of the Mouratoglou organisation and promote its values.
  
  

• Tennis coaching certificate
• Proven experience in coaching tennis at various levels
• Current level of competition in tennis, ideally with good sporting results (national ranking, ITF, ATP)
• Passion and willingness to learn
• Ability to build strong and lasting relationships, with a strong commercial understanding and sales skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills (communication and listening)
• Fluent in English, any other language is an advantage
