Job Description

As a Telesales Executive, you will be the driving force behind our company's sales efforts, leveraging your excellent communication skills and persuasive abilities to boost our revenue. You will manage both inbound and outbound sales calls, nurturing relationships with potential clients and transforming prospects into loyal customers. Your role will include understanding customer needs, presenting suitable product offerings, and implementing strategic sales techniques to meet sales targets. Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication.
  • Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services to meet those needs.
  • Achieve sales targets and outcomes within the scheduled timeline consistently.
  • Keep records of calls and sales using customer relationship management software.
  • Conduct product presentations and provide detailed product information to clients.
  • Participate in team meetings, sales training, and team-building activities regularly.
  • Handle customer complaints promptly and seek the best resolution available.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better sales outcomes efficiently.
  • Maintain knowledge of new products, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Provide feedback and insights gained from customer interactions to management.
  • Develop new sales strategies to attract more customers and improve sales numbers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or similar sales role is crucial.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
  • Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities are needed.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and telephone systems is a plus.
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe them effectively is required.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team cooperatively.
  • High school diploma; a BSc/BA in business is considered an advantage.
