Job Description

The Telesales Executive role is a dynamic and engaging position ideal for individuals with a passion for sales and customer interaction. Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and sell products.
  • Identify customer needs and provide solutions based on their requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets as assigned by the manager.
  • Provide excellent customer service to maintain client satisfaction and retention.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Attend regular sales meetings and training sessions to improve skills and performance.
  • Handle customer objections efficiently to maximize conversion rates and sales closure.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or similar sales/customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
  • Strong persuasion skills with the ability to handle objections effectively.
  • Familiarity with using CRM systems to manage and track customer interactions.
  • A high degree of self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
  • Capacity to handle pressure and meet targets within tight deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in sales or marketing is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are highly desirable.
