Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by reaching out to potential customers over the phone, building strong customer relationships, and closing deals to meet and exceed sales targets. Responsibilities

  • Contact potential customers through outbound calls to generate sales opportunities.
  • Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services to meet them.
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and goals.
  • Provide excellent customer service by accurately answering inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve sales strategies.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and performance.
  • Generate sales reports and present them to management for review and feedback.
  • Handle high volumes of outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or similar sales/customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive approach.
  • Strong ability to handle and overcome objections during sales calls.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in a related field is a plus.
