Job Description

A Telesales Executive plays a pivotal role in driving sales and enhancing business revenue through effective communication and customer engagement. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via phone to promote products or services, close sales, and ensure exceptional customer service. This dynamic position requires an individual with outstanding communication skills, persuasive ability, and a deep understanding of the products or services being sold. Your primary goal is to meet or exceed sales targets while building and maintaining strong relationships with customers. Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate sales.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster customer loyalty.

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services.
  • Update and manage the customer database to ensure information accuracy.

  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports outlining key metrics and achievements.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues, escalating as necessary for resolution.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge to remain competitive and relevant in the market.
  • Adapt to changes in sales tactics and strategies as directed by management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telesales or a customer service environment is required.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
  • Strong ability to handle rejection and remain resilient in challenging situations.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools for efficiency.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize duties.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is an advantage.
