Job Description

A Telesales Executive is a crucial role within the sales team, responsible for driving sales growth and nurturing customer relationships over the phone. Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales.
  • Identify customer needs and pitch appropriate products and services effectively.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls and customer information using CRM systems.
  • Develop and maintain a constructive relationship with clients and colleagues.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and performance benchmarks regularly.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and troubles promptly and courteously over phone.
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Provide customers with after-sales service support and follow-up communications.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve sales strategies and techniques.
  • Deliver product knowledge training and support to team members as needed.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics to adjust sales tactics and strategies effectively.
  • Stay updated with company products, promotions, and industry trends at all times.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a telesales executive or a similar role in sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive approach.
  • Strong organizational skills and capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Comfortable with using CRM software and telecommunication systems proficiently.
  • Persistent with a goal-oriented attitude and a penchant for achieving targets.
  • Ability to handle sales pressure and maintain a positive work atmosphere.
  • Willingness to learn about products and evolve sales techniques continuously.
