Job Description

As a Telesales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales efforts of our company. This position requires a proactive and energetic individual who can engage with potential clients over the phone and effectively communicate the benefits of our products and services. You will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, target-driven, and capable of handling objections and rejections while maintaining a positive attitude. With excellent communication skills and a persuasive personality, you will contribute significantly to the company's growth and success in the competitive marketplace.


Responsibilities

  • Contact potential customers through outbound calls and establish rapport with them.
  • Understand the needs of the prospects and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
  • Generate and qualify leads by conducting thorough customer research and follow-ups.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the product offerings and industry trends.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the management.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales deals and customer interactions in CRM.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and optimize sales techniques.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issue to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Regularly update the management team on sales progress and potential obstacles.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to enhance the overall sales process.
  • Develop and maintain a strong relationship with current and prospective clients.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve telesales skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a telesales representative or similar customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong ability to quickly learn and articulate product specifications and benefits.
  • Outstanding persuasion skills and ability to handle rejections and objections diplomatically.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail and accuracy.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Flexible to work in various shifts with organizations targeting different regions.
