Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This role involves reaching out to potential clients over the phone to sell products and services by understanding customer needs and building positive relationships. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation abilities, along with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As a Telesales Executive, you will be critical in driving sales growth and contributing to the company’s success. Responsibilities

  • Proactively make outbound calls to potential clients to sell products and services.
  • Generate leads and identify sales opportunities by understanding client needs.
  • Maintain a database of customer information and sales leads for follow-up actions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the sales manager.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Provide detailed information on products and services, tailored to client interests.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize sales strategies and pitches.
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to answer client questions effectively.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate reports on sales activity and results to management.
  • Attend regular training sessions and meetings to enhance sales skills and personal development.
  • Comply with company policies and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales/customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales effectively.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices for managing customer relationships.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in Sales, Business, or related field is a plus.
