Telephone Operator

Salayel Hospitality is seeking a courteous, well-spoken, and guest-focused Telephone Operator to join our team. If you have a passion for hospitality and excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and timely manner
• Provide accurate information about hotel services and facilities
• Direct calls to appropriate departments efficiently
• Take and relay messages clearly and accurately
• Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and wake-up calls
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and service standards
  
  

• Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality is preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Pleasant voice and professional telephone etiquette
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service mindset
