Job Description
Call Handling: Answer and route incoming calls promptly and professionally.
Guest Requests: Assist with guest inquiries, wake-up calls, and message delivery.
Communication: Relay information to departments and staff accurately.
Documentation: Maintain call logs and service requests.
Support: Assist with emergency communication procedures.
Manage digital guest communication channels and ensure timely responses
Ensure accurate documentation of guest interactions in the system
Prioritize and follow up on guest complaints and urgent requests
Coordinate effectively with departments to ensure smooth service delivery
Monitor call response performance and support basic operational reporting
Qualifications
Sustainability: Commit to and maintain sustainable practices by enhancing resource efficiency, minimizing waste, and promoting eco-friendly, social, and ethical initiatives. Align with the hotels broader ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) objectives to drive positive impact across all pillars of sustainability.
Compliance and Standards: Ensure full compliance with local legal requirements, international standards, health and safety regulations, company policies, ISO standards, and industry best practices. Continuously review and update operational processes to ensure alignment with evolving legal and regulatory requirements.
Food Safety & Hygiene: Ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations by overseeing proper purchasing, storage, handling, maintenance, communication, and preparation practices across all departments.
Skills:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience in customer service or call handling preferred.
Clear communication and telephone etiquette.
Multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with telecommunication systems.
Working Conditions:
