Job Description

As a Telecaller in the Real Estate sector, you will play a pivotal role in assisting the sales and marketing teams in connecting with potential clients. Your key responsibility will be to initiate outbound calls to prospective customers and set up appointments for the sales team. You will also be responsible for understanding customer requirements, providing product information, and maintaining accurate customer records. Successful Telecallers are excellent communicators who enjoy speaking with people over the phone and possess the ability to empathize with customer needs. Ultimately, you should achieve your quotas while building positive client relationships that contribute to the company's success.


Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate sales leads.
  • Provide information about property listings and answer client inquiries.
  • Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team to meet with potential clients.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
  • Follow up with potential clients via phone or email to nurture leads.
  • Stay updated on the latest property listings and market trends.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop efficient lead conversion strategies.
  • Meet monthly call quotas as assigned by the team lead or supervisor.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide accurate, valid, and complete information.
  • Assist in building and maintaining a robust client database for future use.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to improve telecalling skills and techniques.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Telecaller or relevant sales/customer service role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and relevant local languages.
  • Ability to learn about properties and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
  • Proficient in using computers and telecommunication systems.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage customer information and follow-ups.
  • High school diploma; additional qualifications in Real Estate are a plus.
  • Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection in a calm manner.
