Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients and providing information about our properties and services. As a Telecaller in real estate, your main goal is to generate interest, schedule meetings, and assist the sales team in closing deals. This role demands excellent communication skills, the ability to handle objections gracefully, and a passion for meeting sales targets. Familiarity with the real estate market along with a keen interest in property management will be considered a significant advantage. Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients in the real estate sector.
  • Provide detailed information about property listings, features, and promotions.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge regarding active real estate listings.
  • Schedule appointments for potential clients with the sales team effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships over the phone.
  • Understand client needs and offer solutions and support accordingly.
  • Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales prospects.
  • Capture customer data accurately and update the CRM system regularly.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues or concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Participate in team meetings and share insights or feedback to improve services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and adapt strategies to optimize results.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals over the phone.
  • Familiarity with the real estate industry and market trends is preferred.
  • Ability to handle rejection and customer objections professionally.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and online communication tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
