Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our dynamic real estate team. As a Telecaller, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and generating leads for our property listings. You will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients, providing them with detailed information about our real estate offerings, and answering any queries they may have. Your primary objective will be to convert discussions into meetings with sales executives, ultimately leading to successful property transactions. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients interested in buying or renting properties.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of client information and communication notes.
  • Explain property features, prices, and availability to clients during phone calls.
  • Identify potential clients by researching and exploring new lead sources.
  • Follow up with potential clients to provide further details and assistance.
  • Schedule appointments for property viewings and meetings with sales executives.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on effective lead conversion techniques.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address client queries professionally.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly targets set for lead generation and sales conversions.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide insights on improving sales processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations during communication.
  • Stay updated on latest industry trends and competitive property market information.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a telecaller, sales representative, or similar customer service role.
  • Familiarity with real estate terminology and property sales processes is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills over the phone.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated to meet sales targets.
  • Strong organizational skills for maintaining detailed records of client interactions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other telemarketing tools.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification; higher education is advantageous.
