We are seeking a dynamic and driven Tele Sales Representative who is fluent in Arabic to join our team. As a Tele Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in connecting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering our products and services. Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients in the Arabic language.
  • Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products and services.
  • Identify and assess client needs through active listening and probing questions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
  • Handle objections from potential clients and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for sales success.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs, concerns, and competitive activities.
  • Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify further sales opportunities.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining the highest professional standards.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing the Arabic language fluently.
  • Proven experience in sales or telemarketing, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications is preferred.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a passion for sales.
