Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Tele Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales via phone calls and fostering relationships with clients. As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing information about our products and services. This role demands excellent communication skills, the ability to handle rejections with positivity, and the determination to convert calls into sales. Responsibilities

  • Initiate and conduct sales calls with potential and existing customers daily.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
  • Identify customers' needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
  • Reach out to a defined number of clients via phone and email weekly.
  • Gather and organize customer information to create comprehensive sales reports.
  • Develop a clear understanding of our products and services to educate clients accurately.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives.
  • Use outbound calls and emails to identify new sales opportunities and leads.
  • Address customer queries and issues proactively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue and increase market share.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner, aiming for customer retention.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competition to strategically pitch products.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in tele sales or a similar role is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills developed through relevant experience.
  • Ability to handle rejection and persist in achieving sales goals consistently.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales tracking tools efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads concurrently.
  • Having a target-driven mindset with a passion for achieving sales goals.
