Job Description

As a Tele Caller, you will be an integral part of our dynamic customer service and sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to potential and existing customers over the phone and engage them in conversations to inform them about our products or services. You will be the voice of our company, setting the initial tone for our customer relationships and helping to build strong and trusted interactions. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. You will play a crucial role in customer acquisition and retention, ensuring that our clients receive outstanding service and support, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of our organization.


Responsibilities

  • Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers daily.
  • Engage with new and existing customers to communicate product offerings.
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and respond swiftly with effective solutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and transactions.
  • Build and nurture excellent customer relationships to drive sales growth.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues.
  • Reach specific performance targets set for call quotas and sales goals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for enhancing sales.
  • Provide feedback to the team to improve customer experiences and services.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and changing business landscapes.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills.
  • Utilize communication scripts when handling different topics and conversations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Tele Caller or in a similar sales role required.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant telephone voice.
  • Strong listening skills with the ability to identify customer needs effectively.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using computer applications like MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations and customer objections gracefully.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification is mandatory.
