Job Summary

Super Micro Computer, Inc. is actively seeking an accomplished and dynamic professional to join the Technology Enablement team as a Technology Enablement Engineer, driving technical and business engagements in the rapidly growing UAE region. With a track record of delivering cutting-edge server and storage innovations, we are looking for a dedicated expert to position Supermicro’s advanced infrastructure solutions, enhance visibility, and accelerate business growth in this vibrant market.

This role will be based in the UAE. UAE residency or work authorization is required.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize HCI, Edge, high-performance computing (HPC) and/or AI infrastructure solutions.
• Position Supermicro’s datacenter and edge technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and architect end-to-end solutions tailored to client needs.
• Provide expertise in server hardware selection, configuration, and deployment for optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
• Support edge computing consultation, particularly in telecommunications, to enhance application responsiveness and efficiency.
• Conduct technical presentations and workshops to demonstrate Supermicro’s infrastructure capabilities to clients and stakeholders.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improve solution offerings.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in field related to datacenter technologies.
• Familiarity with HCI, Edge, AI and/or HPC solutions design and architecture.
• Knowledge of datacenter technologies, server hardware, and networking.
• Familiarity with edge computing concepts and applications, especially in the telecommunications sector.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and stakeholders.
