Techno-Functional ERP Service Lead

We’re partnering with a well-established organisation in Abu Dhabi to hire an experienced Oracle Fusion professional to own and oversee their ERP platform on the business side.

The role:

- Act as the in-house owner of the Oracle Fusion environment, working closely with business users and an external support partner

- Triage incoming support requests, analyze recurring problems and escalate where needed

- Manage system changes end to end: gather requirements, review proposed solutions, coordinate testing and secure business sign-off

- Review vendor proposals and estimates to ensure value and quality

- Provide functional guidance across finance, procurement and/or HR processes

Requirements:

- 8+ years of ERP experience, with solid hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud exposure

- Depth in at least one area: Financials, Procurement or HCM

- Working knowledge of Fusion reporting (OTBI/BIP), configuration, approval workflows, data loads and integrations

- Experience supporting a live system post-implementation, ideally from the client side

- Confidence managing third-party vendors and challenging their recommendations
