Technical Project Manager

A leading financial institution is delivering a portfolio of complex technology and cloud transformation initiatives and requires strong project leadership to drive successful outcomes. The organization is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project delivery across the full lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain alignment and drive progress.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change control processes with transparency and rigour.
• Ensure timely decision-making and deliver clear, accurate project reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Support operational readiness, transition planning, and adoption activities for technology solutions.
• Proactively remove delivery blockers and escalate issues in a timely and structured manner.
• Lead with clarity, integrity, and accountability, building trust and strong working relationships across teams.
  
  

• Strong experience managing technology and cloud-related projects from initiation through to delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels.
• Solid understanding of delivery governance, control frameworks, and project management methodologies.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and maintain focus on outcomes, quality, and business value.
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and vendors in complex, fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with Agile and waterfall delivery approaches, with flexibility to apply both as needed.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in tracking risks, actions, and milestones.
