Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Technical Lead to drive the design, delivery, and support of scalable technology platforms for Wealth Management, Trading, and Brokerage businesses.

The ideal candidate will provide strong technical leadership across modern financial systems while ensuring high performance, resilience, scalability, and compliance within a regulated banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

Trading & Wealth Platforms

• Lead the design and implementation of platforms supporting wealth management, brokerage, and trading operations.
• Manage systems covering order management, execution, portfolio management, settlement, and client servicing.
• Ensure systems are optimized for performance, scalability, and reliability.
  
  

• Drive architecture decisions using microservices, APIs, and distributed system patterns.
• Work across technologies including Java, .NET, Python, and Spring Boot.
• Design and support integrations using FIX protocol, exchange APIs, and market data feeds.
• Manage data and messaging systems using RDBMS, NoSQL, Kafka, and caching technologies.
  
  

• Build and maintain solutions on AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes for automated deployments and orchestration.
• Support production environments with focus on high availability and low-latency systems.
  
  

• Mentor engineering teams and support technical decision-making.
• Collaborate with business, operations, compliance, and risk teams.
• Ensure systems align with regulatory and security requirements.
  
  

• Strong expertise in wealth, trading, and brokerage systems
• Hands-on experience with microservices, APIs, and distributed systems
• Knowledge of FIX protocol and market connectivity
• Experience with cloud platforms, DevOps, and containerization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
