About the Role:

To drive continuous improvement in factory through handling customer complaints and investigating day to day issues in the plant. Will be the first point of contact for CIT issues in the plant and in absence of the QA manager representing the monthly and weekly meetings..

Requirements:

Potential candidate must meet the requirements mentioned below:

• Should have BSc / MSc in Microbiology or Dairy Technologist graduate.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience within a dairy or food factory.
• Knowledge on ISO 17025 standard.
• knowledge of problem investigations.
• Experience in automated Dairy Plant.
• Proficiency in MS office.
• Good English communication
• Interpersonal skills Punctual & disciplined
• Should be a good team player.
