Job Description

As a Team Leader for Personal Loans and Credit Cards, you will play a pivotal role in leading a dynamic team of financial advisors. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the day-to-day operations of your team, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and developing strategies to enhance the performance and skills of team members. You will act as a bridge between higher management and your team, ensuring that the strategic goals of the organization align with team activities. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in personal finance products, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the team focusing on personal loans and credit cards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance team performance.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to encourage improvement and professional growth.
  • Act as a liaison between upper management and team, ensuring communication is clear and effective.
  • Prepare and deliver timely reports on team activities, performance, and market analysis.
  • Ensure that the team complies with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate and lead regular team meetings to discuss progress, roadblocks, and strategic direction.
  • Develop training programs to upskill team members on new products, services, and best practices.
  • Address and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages open communication and collaboration.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain an active understanding of market trends and adjust strategies accordingly to stay competitive.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the financial services industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of personal loan and credit card products and services.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a proactive approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team and customer interaction.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and market trends to guide team strategies.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and presentations.
