Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader – Personal Finance to manage and guide our sales team in achieving business goals. The ideal candidate will have strong banking experience, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of personal finance sales executives.

• Monitor team performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.

• Generate leads and build strong relationships with clients.

• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and company policies.

• Provide regular reports to management on team performance and sales outcomes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of banking experience in UAE.

• Indian nationals preferred.

• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly targets.

• Knowledge of personal finance products is a plus.
