Team Leader - Healthy Concept

Driven to create unique home-grown food concepts that bring people together, the Independent Food Company is a UAE-based hospitality company with multiple concepts under it's umbrella – SALT, Parkers, Somewhere, Public, Kumo, Shalwa and SOIL.

We are currently seeking an Team Leader for our healthy concept located in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

The Key Requirements Will Include The Following

The Team Leader is responsible for supporting the daily operations of SOIL outlets and assisting different locations across the UAE as required. The role involves hands-on supervision of both FOH and BOH operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and support the team in the daily operations of the outlet.
• Be flexible to work and support different SOIL outlets across the UAE.
• Have hands-on experience in both FOH and BOH operations.
• Manage and monitor food delivery aggregator platforms.
• Assist with daily ordering and inventory management.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure required items are ordered on time.
• Prepare basic operational reports when required.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and company standards are followed.
• Support and train team members as needed.
