Our Client

A growing holding group have an exciting new opportunity for a Tax Manager to join their team based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and manage tax compliance and advisory services, ensuring adherence to UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
• Prepare and review file accurate and timely VAT returns and corporate income tax returns.
• Interpret local tax laws, treaties, and international tax guidelines (OECD, BEPS, transfer pricing, etc.) and implement as required.
• Stay up to date on emerging developments in UAE VAT, Corporate Tax and UAE Transfer Pricing.
• Partner with external tax advisors and internal teams (finance, legal and operations) to ensure tax efficient transaction structuring.
  
  

Your Qualifications

• Full qualification is essential (CTA, CPA, CA or ACCA)
• Minimum 7+ years of tax experience, with deep expertise in corporate tax, VAT, international tax law, transfer pricing
• Background in both Big 4 consultancy and industry experience with either multinational corporations or family holding groups.
• Practical knowledge of UAE tax obligations.
• Strategic mindset—you understand how tax intersects with business strategy and can articulate its impact to non-tax stakeholders.
• Arabic speaking is a plus
