A Testing & Commissioning Engineer is responsible for ensuring that systems, equipment, or machinery are properly tested and commissioned according to specified standards and requirements. This role involves overseeing the installation, inspection, and performance testing of equipment, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring systems operate efficiently and safely before they are handed over for full use. The engineer ensures all systems are compliant with design specifications, regulatory standards, and safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive testing of equipment and systems to validate functionality, performance, and safety before commissioning.
• Supervise and lead the commissioning process, ensuring systems are fully operational, meet performance specifications, and comply with relevant codes and standards.
• Diagnose and address any faults or issues during the testing and commissioning phases to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare detailed reports on test results, commissioning procedures, and any adjustments or modifications made to systems.
• Work closely with project teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure all technical aspects of the project are properly tested and commissioned.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards throughout testing and commissioning processes.
• Provide training to operational staff or end-users on system operation and maintenance.
