Job Description
Develop and deliver the talent management strategy, frameworks and roadmap
Lead performance management cycles including goal setting, calibration and annual reviews
Drive talent review and succession planning programmes for critical roles
Conduct learning needs analysis and oversee learning and development initiatives
Design and implement career development and internal mobility frameworks
Develop talent analytics, reporting and workforce insights dashboards
Partner with stakeholders to drive governance, change management and programme adoption
The Successful Applicant
Native or business-fluent Arabic speaker
6+ years' HR experience with 3-5+ years focused on Talent Management, Performance Management or Learning & Development
Proven experience across performance management, succession planning, talent reviews and career development
Strong understanding of UAE public sector HR frameworks and Emiratisation initiatives
Experience using Oracle HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors
Bachelor's degree and professional qualification such as CIPD, SHRM or equivalent
