Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for attracting and hiring qualified candidates to meet the organization's talent needs. This role involves developing recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Review resumes and applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop job descriptions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and background checks.
- Negotiate job offers and finalize employment contracts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job opening information in the applicant tracking system.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess candidate suitability.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in evaluating resumes and conducting interviews.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
