Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Guest Relations & Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is pivotal to ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience from the moment they enter our premises. You will be the face of our organization, handling queries, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring our guests receive outstanding service. Additionally, as a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth for the company. This dual position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer service to all guests during their stay.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure guest requests are fulfilled efficiently.
  • Identify potential business opportunities for company growth and expansion.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales leads and target clients.
  • Prepare and present detailed business proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements that align with business objectives.
  • Track and report on performance metrics related to guest relations and business development.
  • Organize and participate in promotional activities to further engage clients and guests.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for customer retention.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and adopt best practices in guest relations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in guest relations or business development roles.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in service delivery.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle stressful situations effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications required.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
