The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a crucial role in the recruitment and talent management process within an organization. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies and hiring plans.
  • Conduct sourcing efforts to identify and attract top-tier candidates.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews with potential candidates and hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand departmental hiring needs.
  • Utilize social media and professional networks to source candidates.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
  • Build strong relationships with educational institutions and recruitment agencies.
  • Develop and present recruitment analytics and reports to senior management.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Promote employer branding through various recruitment and branding initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate assessment techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to present data-driven insights.
