Talent Acquisition Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Develop and post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and company platforms
• Source candidates through databases, referrals, and networking
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and labour laws

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• diploma in management or related fields
• 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and ATS systems
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• own visa is mandatory
• location: Abu Dhabi

Preferred Skills

• Experience recruiting for the UAE / GCC market
• Knowledge of UAE labour law and visa processes
• Experience hiring across multiple functions
