As a Talent Acquisition Officer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the success of our organization by ensuring we have the right people in the right roles. You will collaborate closely with department managers to understand their staffing needs and implement strategies to effectively source, screen, and select candidates. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and priorities.
  • Utilize various recruiting platforms to effectively source and attract diverse candidates.
  • Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.
  • Craft compelling job descriptions and advertise them on appropriate job boards.
  • Manage recruitment databases and track key metrics to analyze recruitment performance.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the entire hiring process, from interviews to offer negotiations.
  • Conduct thorough reference checks to validate candidates’ employment history and performance.
  • Promote the company as an employer of choice through various branding initiatives.
  • Stay informed about market trends and developments in talent acquisition practices.
  • Provide training and support to hiring managers on effective interview practices.
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure new hires seamlessly integrate into the organizational culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruiting roles with strong track records.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, and other HR software.
  • Solid knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best recruiting practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations professionally.
  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box for sourcing strategies.
