The Talent Acquisition Officer plays a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to meet the dynamic needs of an organization. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.
  • Collaborate with departmental managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels, including LinkedIn and job boards.
  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools and methodologies.
  • Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to forecast future hiring needs and develop workforce plans.
  • Promote the company’s reputation as a “great place to work” through employer branding efforts.
  • Maintain recruitment reports and metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment processes.
  • Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform managers about changes in regulations.
  • Develop strong relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards to optimize hiring.
  • Organize job fairs and attend networking events to represent the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Officer or in a similar recruitment role.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases for candidate sourcing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for this role.
  • A strong track record in managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously is a must.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of employment law and best practices in recruiting and hiring.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
