The Talent Acquisition Officer plays a crucial role within the human resources department. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies for attracting top talent.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels, such as LinkedIn and job portals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit and skills.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific hiring requirements and needs.
  • Manage recruitment advertising and posts to attract quality candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, collect feedback, and facilitate decision-making processes.
  • Maintain candidate databases and track applicant metrics for reporting purposes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with employment agencies and educational institutions.
  • Conduct reference checks and negotiate offers with selected candidates.
  • Engage in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s talent attraction.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and organizational hiring policies and procedures.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance the candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.
  • Proven ability to work with recruitment metrics and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations related to recruitment practices.
