Talent Acquisition Specialist (Philippine and Arab national)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong expertise in white-collar recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring of professional and managerial-level candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop comprehensive job descriptions.
• Utilize various sourcing techniques (e.g., online sourcing, networking, referrals, headhunting) to identify and attract quality candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Facilitate the decision-making process and negotiate job offers with candidates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Collaborate with HR team members to improve recruitment processes and implement best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experienced as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably in Services sector.
• Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.
• Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• English proficiency is a must.
• Candidates with their own visa and cancelled visa.
• Immediate availability mandatory.
