Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with department managers to identify and assess the staffing needs of each department.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
  • Create engaging job postings and advertising to attract qualified candidates.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including online job boards and social media platforms.
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate the skills and fit of candidates.
  • Design and optimize the company's recruitment processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Build relationships with universities and attend career fairs to source potential talent.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to define the selection process, including interviews and assessments.
  • Provide timely updates to hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain detailed records of recruitment activity and candidate interactions.
  • Stay informed with the latest trends and technology in the talent acquisition industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or human resources management roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate evaluation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and teams.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software tools.
  • Knowledge of industry recruitment best practices and emerging talent sourcing strategies.
