Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Executive plays a pivotal role in identifying and bringing top talent to an organization. This role demands individuals who are deeply passionate about human resources and recruitment, with a keen ability to discern talent and understand the strategic needs of the company. As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, evaluate, and engage potential candidates. The role requires excellent communication skills to interact with various stakeholders at every level of the business. You will work closely with hiring managers, comprehending their specific requirements and aligning them with the company’s goals to facilitate optimal staff inflow. The successful candidate will also focus on employer branding initiatives, ensuring that the company attracts the best candidates, and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and educational institutions to form a strong talent pipeline.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and expectations.
  • Source potential candidates through databases, social media, and recruitment events.
  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates who meet position requirements.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods.
  • Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, and experience.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Maintain detailed records of both past applicants and talent pools.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Communicate with external recruiters and employment agencies when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a talent acquisition executive or similar role.
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
  • Excellent knowledge of area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices).
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong decision-making skills with a thorough understanding of employment laws.
