Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Executive or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, channels, and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for candidate interaction.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver on tight timelines.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software tools.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities in candidate selection.
