The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a critical role in the hiring process by supporting the talent acquisition team in various recruitment activities. This individual acts as a bridge between HR management and potential candidates, helping ensure a seamless and efficient hiring experience. They coordinate interview schedules, assist with communication efforts, and maintain candidate records, ensuring that all recruitment standards and requirements are met. The coordinator is responsible for facilitating the efficient tracking of recruitment efforts through various Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and recruitment tools. Their role also involves collaborating with other departments to comprehend specific hiring needs and deliver qualified candidates accordingly. With a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator is essential for optimizing the recruitment process and contributing to building a diverse and talented workforce.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and various hiring managers across departments.
  • Assist in posting job openings across multiple job boards and social media platforms.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with accurate candidate information and hiring progress.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates.
  • Support the talent acquisition team by preparing necessary documents and materials for recruiting efforts.
  • Organize recruiting events and attend career fairs to promote the company to potential candidates.
  • Facilitate the background check process and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department, particularly related to recruitment tasks.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify effective recruiting strategies tailored to meet specific needs.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and assist in preparing reports for management evaluation.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by facilitating a smooth and organized recruitment process.
  • Manage communication with recruitment agencies and other external recruitment partners as necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR or talent acquisition coordination for a minimum of two years.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on providing solutions and supporting team objectives.
