Job Title: Talent Acquisition Assistant**Abu Dhabi University is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Assistant to join our Talent Empowerment and Growth Department at the Abu Dhabi Campus. This full-time administrative role is pivotal in supporting our recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and contributing to our mission of attracting, developing, and retaining a skilled and diverse workforce. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, screening, and coordinating qualified candidates, while efficiently managing recruitment records and processes. This role requires a strong foundation in recruitment, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups. A degree in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in recruitment software and tools.
