Job Description

Collaborate with clients to understand and document IT support needs.
Analyse processes and recommend system improvements.
Provide ongoing support for financial and logistics modules.
Troubleshoot and deploy system enhancements with IT teams.
Optimise workflows and reporting for operational efficiency.
Generate performance reports and maintain dashboards.
Deliver training and create user documentation.

The Successful Applicant

3+ years experience in financial/logistics IT systems support.
Exposure to commodity trading workflows and platforms.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Proficiency in tools like JIRA and Agile methodologies.
Certifications such as CBAP, ITIL, or PMP are advantageous
