System Analyst Real Estate

We are looking for a System Analyst with experience in the Real Estate industry to analyze business requirements, design system solutions, and support the development of scalable property management and real estate platforms. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure efficient and effective system delivery.

• Gather and analyze business requirements from real estate stakeholders (sales, leasing, property management teams).
  
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
  
• Work closely with developers, UI/UX designers, and QA teams to deliver system solutions.
  
• Design workflows for real estate operations such as:
  • Property listings
    
  • Tenant management
    
  • Sales & leasing processes
    
  • CRM integration
    
• Improve and optimize existing real estate systems for better performance and user experience.
  
• Conduct system testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
  
• Support integration with third-party real estate platforms and payment systems.
  
• Prepare documentation including BRD, SRS, and process flows.
  
  
  
  

• 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst or Business Analyst.
  
• Strong experience in Real Estate / Property Management systems is required.
  
• Understanding of real estate workflows (sales, rentals, property listings, contracts).
  
• Experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
  
  

• Requirements gathering & documentation
  
• Process mapping (BPMN or similar)
  
• SQL basics (preferred)
  
• API understanding and system integration knowledge
  
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
