We are seeking Support Engineer to manage production support for Digital Banking, Wealth Management, and Investment platforms within enterprise banking environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Digital Channels and Wealth platforms.
- Manage Kubernetes, OpenShift, and AWS EKS environments.
- Support API Gateway, ETL, CI/CD, and middleware platforms.
- Coordinate production incidents and releases.
- Manage vendor interactions and SLA governance.
- Support project implementation and operational excellence.
