The Supply Chain Analyst 04N25 is a pivotal role within our organization, tasked with optimizing and streamlining our supply chain operations to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of supply chain processes and demonstrate a strong acumen for analytical and strategic thinking. In this position, you will be responsible for evaluating supply chain data, developing solutions to improve operational functions, and supporting decision-making through data-based insights. This role requires excellent communication skills, as you will collaborate with various departments to implement innovative solutions that enhance our supply chain performance. As a Supply Chain Analyst, your contributions will directly impact the company's ability to meet market demands with precision and agility.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for optimization and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements effectively.
  • Monitor industry trends to ensure supply chain strategies align with best practices.
  • Develop and maintain KPI reports to track supply chain performance metrics.
  • Utilize analytical tools and methodologies to improve supply chain processes.
  • Forecast supply and demand to prevent stockouts and surplus inventory issues.
  • Support the implementation of new supply chain technologies and systems.
  • Work with suppliers and vendors to negotiate cost-effective procurement deals.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for supply chain disruptions.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management decision-making processes.
  • Provide training and support to staff on new supply chain procedures.
  • Contribute to sustainability initiatives within the supply chain management process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in supply chain analysis or similar roles.
  • Proficient in supply chain software such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail critical for success.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for cross-department collaboration.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines efficiently.
