Supervisor

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Supervisor in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our client, operates in the Restaurant Management / Food & Accommodation sector and is seeking skilled, motivated professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth service throughout assigned shifts.
  
• Allocate duties to restaurant staff and monitor completion of operational tasks.
  
• Maintain high standards of guest service and respond appropriately to service-related issues.
  
• Monitor food safety, cleanliness, hygiene, and workplace standards across restaurant operations.
  
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to maintain efficient food preparation and service flow.
  
• Monitor stock levels, supplies, and inventory requirements and report shortages to management.
  
• Support employee training and ensure team members follow established operating procedures.
  
• Prepare shift updates and communicate operational issues, guest feedback, and staffing requirements to management.
  

Required Skills

1. Restaurant Operations: Ability to supervise daily food-service operations efficiently.
   
2. Team Supervision: Ability to allocate duties, monitor staff performance, and coordinate restaurant teams.
   
3. Customer Service: Strong understanding of guest-service standards and complaint handling.
   
4. Food Safety & Hygiene: Working knowledge of restaurant sanitation, food handling, and hygiene procedures.
   
5. Shift Management: Ability to coordinate staffing, workflow, and service standards during assigned shifts.
   

Preferred Skills

• Inventory and stock-control knowledge.
  
• POS/billing system familiarity.
  
• Basic restaurant reporting and cost-control knowledge.
