Job Description

We are seeking highly skilled and safety-conscious professional for the role of Permit Issuer (PI) to manage and oversee operational activities during the construction and commissioning phases, ensuring full compliance with permit-to-work (PTW) systems and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and issue permits for all types of work (Hot Work, Cold Work, Confined Space, etc.)
  • Ensure all permits are in compliance with PTW procedures and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with performing authorities and area authority to ensure safe execution of tasks.
  • Conduct site inspections prior to permit issuance.
  • Participate in toolbox talks and safety briefings.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas (onshore/offshore preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of PTW systems, isolation procedures, and HSE standards
  • Proven experience in Permit Issuer and/or Issuing Authority roles
  • Certification in HSE, PTW systems, or equivalent (preferred)
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Able to work under pressure and in multi-discipline environments
