Job Purpose

Coordinates and oversees cementing service line work at the well site, providing quality service to the customer. Oversees and performs all kinds of jobs with assigned equipment, safely and efficiently. Provides the planning necessary for the job including instructions to the crew and equipment used, including dispute resolutions to approved levels. Provides Service Delivery with flawless Service Quality and no HSE incidents in accordance with company policies, standards and procedures. Ensures customer satisfaction with work performed.

Job Specific Accountabilities (Part 1)

Job Specific Accountabilities

 Coordinates and directs the activities of operators.

 Coordinates the clean-up, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job.

 Plans and performs necessary calculations for the total job at the well site as needed.

 Leads the site crew comprised of Company employees and third party contractors.

 Ensures that the correct People, Equipment and materials arrive on time on location, and are rigged up, tested and ready to perform the job, as requested by client, with no deviations from contingency plans in place.

 Ensures pre-job meetings are held with Well Services personnel, Client and third party personnel.

 Is accountable for the complete Service Delivery process to the Client.

 Executes successful jobs as per the design provided and approved by the Client.

 Recognizes risks associated with the operation, and reduces these risks to as low as reasonably possible.

 Identifies any potential unplanned changes to the job program at the well site, and initiates the relevant Management of Change procedure(s).

 Completes all the required pre and post job paper work and job tickets on time and without errors as per Company policies.

 Ensures preventive maintenance on Well Services equipment is performed and that unit/s is/are in safe, clean and proper working condition for the next service job.

 Performs Risk Analysis before each job or task and identifies and addresses potential safety hazards.

 Comply with all UAE, ADNOC, ADNOC Drilling and client Asset Integrity Management codes of practice.

Minimum Qualification

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

Minimum Qualification

 High School Diploma (or equivalent).

Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills

 Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

 Computer awareness in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel programmes.

 Simple written and spoken English.
