Job Description

Supervise daily EIT installation work and guide field crews to meet approved drawings, quality requirements and construction targets.

Key Responsibilities

·       Allocate daily work to electrical, instrumentation and telecommunications crews within assigned scope.

·       Check approved drawings, materials, tools, access and permits before starting activities.

·       Supervise cable trays, pulling, glanding, terminations, equipment installation and instrument hook ups as applicable.

·       Conduct toolbox talks and enforce safe work practices and isolation controls.

·       Check installation workmanship and request inspections at required hold points.

·       Coordinate with adjacent disciplines to avoid clashes and protect completed installations.

·       Record quantities, manpower, progress and constraints, and escalate technical issues.

·       Support testing teams, punch clearance and completion documentation without unauthorized energization.

Requirements

Requirements

·       Diploma or technical qualification in Electrical, Instrumentation or a related discipline.

·       6+ years in EIT construction, including 2+ years supervising field crews.
