Superintendent Construction - Fab Yard Office Site

Job Description

• Supervise and manage construction activities
• Coordinate between fab yard office (planning, drawings, scheduling) and site execution
• Ensure fabrication works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules
• Monitor progress, productivity, and quality of fabrication works
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE standards and company procedures
• Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, HSE, and client teams
• Manage subcontractors, manpower, and equipment in the fab yard
• Report construction progress and issues to project management
  
  

• 15+ years of experience in oil & gas construction projects
• Strong background in fabrication yard operations
• Good knowledge of structural, piping, and mechanical fabrication
• Experience working in office and site environments
• Strong leadership and coordination skills
