Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate structural integrity and performance of existing and new structures.
• Design and develop structural systems and components for various projects and applications.
• Prepare detailed engineering drawings, construction documents, and specifications for projects.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with construction and safety standards.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and project teams to align on engineering requirements.
• Utilize advanced engineering software for modeling and simulation of structural behavior.
• Identify potential design issues and implement timely and effective solutions.
• Prepare and present detailed technical reports and analysis to stakeholders.
• Oversee and manage structural engineering projects from concept to completion.

• Mentor and support junior engineers and contribute to their professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field from an accredited institution.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain one promptly.
• Minimum of five years of experience in structural engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in structural analysis software such as SAP2000, ETABS, or STAAD Pro.
• Strong understanding of construction materials, structural systems, and design codes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with great attention to detail and accuracy.
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills with the ability to lead projects.
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of sustainability practices and innovative construction techniques is a plus.
• Ability to travel for site visits and project meetings as required.
